David Baker, CRNA

David Baker began his healthcare career in respiratory therapy after earning an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1993. He later returned to UAMS and earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005.

In 2008, David completed his graduate education at Texas Wesleyan University and earned a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. His progression from respiratory therapy to nursing and advanced practice in nurse anesthesia reflects his lifelong commitment to education, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

Through the partnership between Professional Denture Clinic and Texas Sedation Dental, David serves as the primary CRNA for our Shreveport patients, administering and monitoring IV sedation so even the most anxious patients can rest comfortably through their entire visit.

Outside of his professional career, David is the proud father of two sons, Collin Paul and Jon David. He especially enjoys spending time with them at the lake, where they share a passion for wakeboarding and wakesurfing. For David, these moments reflect the importance of family, time outdoors, and making lasting memories.
